Submitting an order 

When you have placed an order on our website, our system will automatically send you an e-mail containing an order confirmation which states which products you have ordered.

All contracts entered into are in Danish. A valid contract is entered into once you have selected "Place my order" in our webshop. An order confirmation is then sent automatically by our system.

An electronic invoice in PDF format is sent by e-mail when your order is dispatched from our warehouse. Anti Sleep Pilot reserves the right not to sell to businesses or individuals who buy goods on our website with a view to selling them on.

Once we receive your order, we will expedite it and then send you an electronic order confirmation or invoice.

Returns policy 

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period in accordance with the provisions laid down in the Danish Consumer Contracts Act. Products must be returned in essentially the same state and quantity as they were received. Products returned must be sent to Anti Sleep Pilot. The cost of returning any product must be borne by you. The amount paid will be returned to you as soon as possible after we have received the product at our address.

Statutory rights 

Your statutory rights are in compliance with the provisions laid down in the Danish Act of Commerce. Your statutory rights do not include faults, damage or wear caused directly or indirectly by incorrect operation, aggression or unauthorised intervention. Complaints regarding faults and defects that should be discovered during ordinary examination of the product must be reported to Anti Sleep Pilot within a reasonable time.

However, for products with a limited service life, your statutory rights are limited to the service life usual for the product in question. If you discover a fault or defect in a purchased product, you must contact Anti Sleep Pilot as soon as possible within a reasonable time and explain what the fault or defect involves. If there is a fault or defect in the product, Anti Sleep Pilot will seek to repair the product or send you a new product, if this does not involve disproportionate expenses for Anti Sleep Pilot. Anti Sleep Pilot will use the Danish postal service to deliver your goods, unless otherwise stated. Any delays in the Danish postal service will delay your delivery accordingly. Anti Sleep Pilot cannot be held responsible for any delays in the Danish postal service. The cost of shipping, etc. will depend on the number of products ordered, how much they weigh, how they are to be delivered, etc. You can always view the total cost of delivery when you order goods from Anti Sleep Pilot.
